[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១១កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំឆមាសទី១ និងទិសដៅការងារឆមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ លោក លោកស្រីប្រធានអង្គភាពទាំងអស់ក្រោមឱវាទក្រសួង ដោយឡែក ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវជាទីប្រឹក្សាក្រសួង ព្រមទាំងមន្រ្ដីរាជការក្រសួង មន្ដ្រីរាជការមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទទាំង ២៥រាជធានី-ខេត្ត អញ្ជើញចូលរួមតាមប្រព័ន្ធនិម្មិត (Zoom)។
តាមរយៈរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារដែលបានអានដោយ ឯកឧត្តម បាន បូរ័ត្ន អគ្គនាយករដ្ឋបាល និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ ក្នុងឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានខិតខំអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ របស់ក្រសួង រួមមាន៖ កម្មវិធីទី១. ការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរូបវន្តនិងគមនាគមន៍ជនបទប្រកបដោយភាពធន់, កម្មវិធីទី២. ការលើកកម្ពស់ការទទួលបានទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យបរិស្ថានជនបទ, កម្មវិធីទី៣. ការជំរុញអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ជនបទនិងចលនាភូមិគំរូ, កម្មវិធីទី៤. ការលើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជនបទ, និងកម្មវិធីទី៥ . ការគ្រប់គ្រងស្ថាប័ននិងសេវាគាំទ្រទូទៅ ដែលជាលទ្ធផល ក្រសួងសម្រេចបានវឌ្ឍនភាពជារួម ៥១,២៦%។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន បានធ្វើការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងមន្រ្ដីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានអនុវត្តការងារយ៉ាងសកម្ម ធ្វើឱ្យក្រសួងសម្រេចបានសមិទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ស្របតាមផែនការ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៦ខែ ដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលជាការបង្ហាញអំពីការចូលរួមចំណែកដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងការឯកភាពជាមួយនឹងទិសដៅការងារបន្ដដែលគ្រោងដាក់ចេញ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍គន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួន តាមកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ របស់ក្រសួង ទាំងលើផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស និងផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល ដើម្បីពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ និងបង្កើនសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ស្របតាមផែនការប្រចាំឆ្នាំដែលក្រសួងបានដាក់ចេញ៕
Phnom Penh: On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting to review the first‑half work results and the second‑half 2026 work directions of the Ministry of Rural Development. The meeting was attended in person by the Standing Secretary of State; Excellencies, ladies and gentlemen at the leadership level; and the heads of all units under the Ministry. Meanwhile, Their Excellencies and Ladies serving as Advisors to the Ministry, as well as civil servants of the Ministry and of the 25 capital‑provincial Departments of Rural Development, joined via the virtual platform (Zoom).
According to the progress report read by H.E. Ban Boroath, Director General of Administration and Finance, in the first half of 2026, the Ministry of Rural Development endeavored to implement the Ministry’s five priority programs, namely: Program 1. Development of resilient rural physical infrastructure and communications; Program 2. Promotion of access to clean water and environmental sanitation in rural areas; Program 3. Promotion of rural community development and the Model Village Movement; Program 4. Promotion of diversification of the rural economy, and Program 5. Institutional management and general support services resulted in an overall progress of 51.26% for the Ministry.
On that occasion, H.E. Chhay Rithisen offered praise and high appreciation for the attention and efforts of leadership and civil servants at all levels who actively carried out their work, enabling the Ministry to achieve notable results according to plan over the first six months of 2026, demonstrating important contributions to the effective implementation of Phase I of the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy. In line with the agreement on the continued work directions to be issued, H.E. the Minister provided several key recommendations across the Ministry’s five priority programs, covering both technical and administrative aspects, to strengthen work effectiveness and generate additional achievements in the rural development sector, consistent with the annual plan issued by the Ministry.
