ទីតាំងទី១៖ ការងារលើកកម្រិតគុណភាពផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) ប្រវែង ១,១០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៦ម៉ែត្រ និងចិញ្ចើមផ្លូវសងខាងក្រាលដីល្បាយក្រួស ទទឹងម្ខាងៗ ១,៥ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិបន្ទាយស្ទោង ទៅកាន់ភូមិចំបក់បញ្ញា ឃុំបន្ទាយស្ទោង ស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ នៅលើខ្សែផ្លូវនេះ មានការស្ថាបនាផ្លូវស្ពានបេតុង ចំនួន ២ទីតាំង ដែលទីតាំងទី១ មានប្រវែង ៦០ម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៨ម៉ែត្រ និងទីតាំងទី២ មានប្រវែង ៣០ម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៨ម៉ែត្រ។ ផ្លូវនិងស្ពាននេះ បានបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ដោយផ្ទាល់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងឃុំបន្ទាយស្ទោង សរុបចំនួន ២ ១៦៧គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ២២៩នាក់។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនិងស្ពាននេះ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ហើយត្រូវបានអនុវត្តការងារសាងសង់ដោយកងវិស្វកម្ម នៃក្រសួងការពារជាតិ។

ទីតាំងទី២៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពស្ពានយោល ខ្សែកាបដែក ដែលមានសភាពចាស់ទ្រុឌទ្រោម និងតូចចង្អៀត ដែលមានប្រវែង ៦០ម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ១,២០ម៉ែត្រ ឆ្លងកាត់ស្ទឹងស្ទោង តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិព្រុំស្រី ឃុំរុងរឿង ទៅកាន់ចំបក់បញ្ញា ឃុំបន្ទាយស្ទោង ស្រុកស្ទោង ដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអាស្រ័យស្ពាននេះចំនួន ០៣ភូមិ សរុបប្រមាណ ៩០០គ្រួសារ។
ទីតាំងទី៣៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពស្ពានឈើចាស់ទ្រុឌទ្រោម មានប្រវែង ៩៣ម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ១,២ម៉ែត្រ ឆ្លងកាត់ស្ទឹងស្ទោង តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិត្រពាំងព្រីង ទៅកាន់ភូមិអូរអង្គរ ឃុំបន្ទាយស្ទោង ស្រុកស្ទោង ដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអាស្រ័យស្ពាននេះចំនួន ០៥ភូមិ ដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុបចំនួនគ្រួសារ ៧៦៧គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៣ ៧៧១នាក់។

ទីតាំងទី៤៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ៨,៧១គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៨ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិបន្ទាយស្ទោង ឃុំបន្ទាយស្ទោង ទៅដល់ភូមិកណ្តោលចាស់ ឃុំព្រះដំរី ស្រុកស្ទោង ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ២ ៩៨៣គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១១ ៦៤៩នាក់និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៦ ៧៤២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ២៨ ៦៥៧នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់ ១០០% នៅក្នុងខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

ទីតាំងទី៥៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ៨,៩០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៧ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិនិម្មិត ទៅដល់ភូមិឈូករំដួល ឃុំទីពោ ស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៨៩២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៣ ៤៨៥នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៣ ០៧៧គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១១ ៧២៦នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានចាប់ផ្ដើមសាងសង់នៅខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពបាន ៤៤,៥០% គ្រោងបញ្ចប់នៅខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

ទីតាំងទី៦៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែង ៤,៤៥គ.ម ទទឹង ៨ ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិមឈាយ ទៅដល់ភូមិដូនល្អ ឃុំសំព្រោជ ស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ២៧៧គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៦ ២១៦នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៣ ២២៣គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៥ ៣០៣នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ការងារសាងសង់ ១០០% នៅក្នុងខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ខ្សែផ្លូវចំនួន ៣ខ្សែនេះ ស្ថិតក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគម្រោងគាំទ្រនិរន្តរភាពហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជនបទដើម្បីទីផ្សារកសិករ និងពាណិជ្ជូបនីយកម្មកសិកម្ម (SAAMBAT) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា មូលនិធិអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍កសិកម្ម ធនាគារវិនិយោគអឺរ៉ុប និងមូលនិធិវិនិយោគអាស៊ី នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។

ទីតាំងទី៧៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) មានប្រវែងសរុប ៩,៥០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៥ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិឥន្ទកុមារ ទៅកាន់ភូមិតាប៉ោង ឃុំកំពង់ស្វាយ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ១៥០គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៥ ៣២៧នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៣ ៥០៨គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៥ ៧៦៦នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបាននិងកំពុងសាងសង់ដោយសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពបាន ៨០%។

ទីតាំងទី៨៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) មានប្រវែងសរុប ១៤,៦០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៥ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិកំពង់ឈើទាល ទៅកាន់ភូមិប្រឡាយ ឃុំសំបូរណ៍ ស្រុកប្រសាទសំបូរ ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ១៨៩គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៤ ៧៦៣នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ២ ៥១៤គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១០ ៥៩៥នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបាននិងកំពុងសាងសង់ដោយសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពបាន ៥៣%។

ទីតាំងទី៩៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) មានប្រវែងសរុប ៦,៨០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៥ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិកំពង់ឈើទាល ទៅកាន់ភូមិគោកស្រុក ឃុំតាំងក្រសៅ ស្រុកប្រសាទសំបូរ ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៥៦១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ២ ៤៧៤នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ២ ១៣៤គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៨៤២នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបាននិងកំពុងសាងសង់ដោយសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពបាន ៧៦%។

ទីតាំងទី១០៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យការងារសាងសង់ផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់ (DBST) មានប្រវែងសរុប ៥,៣០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៥ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិតាំងក្រសៅ ទៅកាន់ភូមិប្រឡាយ ឃុំតាំងក្រសៅ ស្រុកប្រសាទសំបូរ ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៤៩០គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ២ ៤០០នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ២ ២០៥គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៩១៦នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបាននិងកំពុងសាងសង់ដោយសម្រេចវឌ្ឍនភាពបាន ៤៦%។ ខ្សែផ្លូវចំនួន ៤ខ្សែខាងលើនេះ ចាប់ផ្ដើមសាងសង់កាលពីខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ហើយគ្រោងនឹងបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជនបទសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា (RID4CAM) ក្រោមហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការពីមូលនិធិសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប (EU/AIF) ទីភ្នាក់ងារបារាំងសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ (AFD) និងធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាល្លឺម៉ង់ (KfW)។

ទីតាំងទី១១៖ អញ្ជើញពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពផ្លូវមានប្រវែង ៣២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ឆ្លងកាត់ភូមិចំនួន ៩ភូមិ ក្នុងឃុំចំនួន ៣ឃុំ ក្នុងស្រុកសន្ទុក និងស្រុកប្រាសាទសំបូរ ដោយមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអាស្រ័យផលលើខ្សែផ្លូវនេះចំនួន ២ ២៧៨គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៥៨២នាក់ និងអ្នកអាស្រ័យផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៤ ៨១១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៩ ៥៩៣នាក់។ ផ្លូវ១ខ្សែនេះ ជាផ្លូវដែលមានសក្ដានុពលយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្នុងការជំរុញឱ្យមានកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដោយតភ្ជាប់ពីស្រុក១ ទៅកាន់ស្រុក១ទៀត តាមរយៈវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ កសិកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្មដំណាំកៅស៊ូជាដើម ប៉ុន្ដែបច្ចុប្បន្នផ្លូវនេះសភាពខូចខាតយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្ដែង ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានណែនាំដល់មន្ដ្រីបច្ចេកទេសក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្ត ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលខ្សែផ្លូវនេះទៅក្នុងគម្រោងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។

H.E. Chhay Rithisen inspects progress on 9 road sites and checks the condition of 2 deteriorated bridges in Kampong Thom Province

Kampong Thom Province: On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with ministry leaders, technical officials of the Ministry, and the Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Rural Development, went to inspect progress on road construction at 9 locations and to check the condition of 2 more deteriorated bridges in Kampong Thom Province, at the following locations:

Location 1: Inspection of a double-bituminous surface treatment (DBST) road, length 1.10 km, width 6 m, with 1.5m gravel-mixed shoulders on both sides, connecting Banteay Stoung Village to Chambak Pannha Village, Banteay Stoung Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province. On this road section there are two reinforced-concrete bridges under construction, the first location is 60 m long and 8 m wide and the second location is 30 m long and 8 m wide. This road and these bridges directly serve the people in Banteay Stoung Commune, totaling 2,167 households, equal to 8,229 people. This road and these bridges are within the development program of the Ministry of Rural Development and are being constructed by the Engineering Corps of the Ministry of National Defense.

Location 2: Inspection of a swinging steel cable bridge which is old, deteriorated, and narrow, 60 m long and 1.20 m wide, crossing the Stoung River, connecting Proum Srey Village, Rung Roeung Commune, to Chambak Pannha, Banteay Stoung Commune, Stoung District. Three villages about 900 households depend on this bridge.

Location 3: Inspection of an old, deteriorated wooden bridge, 93 m long and 1.2 m wide, crossing the Stoung River, connecting Trapeang Pring Village to O Angkor Village, Banteay Stoung Commune, Stoung District. Five villages depend on this bridge, totaling 767 households, equal to 3,771 people.

Location 4: Inspection of the quality of DBST and concrete road works, total length 8.71 km, width 8 m, connecting Banteay Stoung Village, Banteay Stoung Commune, to Kandaol Chas Village, Preah Damrei Commune, Stoung District. Direct beneficiaries: 2,983 households, equal to 11,649 people; indirect beneficiaries: 6,742 households, equal to 28,657 people. This road was 100% completed in May 2025.

Location 5: Inspection of the quality of DBST and concrete road works, total length 8.90 km, width 7 m, connecting Nimmith Village to Chhuk Romduol Village, Ti Po Commune, Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province. This road section has direct beneficiaries numbering 892 households (3,485 people) and indirect beneficiaries numbering 3,077 households (11,726 people). Construction began in August 2025, has achieved 44.50% progress, and is planned to be completed in August 2026.

Location 6: Inspection of the quality of DBST and concrete road works, length 4.45 km, width 8 m, connecting M’Chai Village to Don L’or Village, Samproch Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province. This road section has direct beneficiaries numbering 1,277 households (6,216 people) and indirect beneficiaries numbering 3,223 households (15,303 people). Construction of this road was 100% completed in May 2025.
These three road sections are under the SAAMBAT project (Sustainable Assets for Agricultural Markets, Business and Trade), using co financing from the Royal Government of Cambodia, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the European Investment Bank, and the Asian Investment Facility of the European Union.

Location 7: Inspection of construction works for a DBST road, total length 9.50 km, width 5 m, connecting Indrakumara Village to Ta Paong Village, Kampong Svay Commune, Kampong Svay District. Direct beneficiaries: 1,150 households (5,327 people); indirect beneficiaries: 3,508 households (15,766 people). The works have achieved 80% progress.

Location 8: Inspection of construction works for a DBST road, total length 14.60 km, width 5 m, connecting Kampong Chheu Teal Village to Pralay Village, Sambour Commune, Prasat Sambour District. Direct beneficiaries: 1,189 households (4,763 people); indirect beneficiaries: 2,514 households (10,595 people). The works have achieved 53% progress.

Location 9: Inspection of construction works for a DBST road, total length 6.80 km, width 5 m, connecting Kampong Chheu Teal Village to Kouk Srok Village, Tang Krasau Commune, Prasat Sambour District. Direct beneficiaries: 561 households (2,474 people); indirect beneficiaries: 2,134 households (8,842 people). The works have achieved 76% progress.

Location 10: Inspection of construction works for a DBST road, total length 5.30 km, width 5 m, connecting Tang Krasau Village to Pralay Village, Tang Krasau Commune, Prasat Sambour District. Direct beneficiaries: 490 households (2,400 people); indirect beneficiaries: 2,205 households (8,916 people). The works have achieved 46% progress.
The four road sections in the four locations above began construction in March 2025 and are planned to be completed at the end of 2026 under the Rural Infrastructure Development for Cambodia (RID4CAM) program, co financed by the European Union’s AIF, the French Development Agency (AFD), and the German Development Bank (KfW).

Location 11: Inspection of the condition of a road, 32 km long, passing through 9 villages in 3 communes in Santuk and Prasat Sambour Districts, with people depending on this corridor numbering 2,278 households (8,582 people) directly and 4,811 households (19,593 people) indirectly.
This road is in a very bad condition has very strong potential to stimulate economic growth by connecting one district to another through tourism, agriculture, and the rubber-crop industry. After seeing the situation on the ground, the Minister instructed technical officials of the Ministry and the Provincial Department of Rural Development to include this road corridor in the Ministry of Rural Development’s development partner project pipeline.

Please be informed that this inspection was for the purpose of technical oversight of construction, to ensure construction quality, with the Minister instructing implementing parties to strictly follow technical standards. In response to the requests of the authorities as well as local residents who have difficulty traveling because the bridges are old, deteriorated, and narrow, during the on site inspection the Minister also instructed the Provincial Department of Rural Development to study the feasibility of building Bailey type steel bridges to help facilitate travel and the transport of agricultural products by residents.
