ទិវាជាតិអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ លើកទី៩ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ “TVET ផ្តល់ជំនាញ ការងារ និងប្រាក់ចំណូល”។ ការអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ (ធីវេត) មានតួនាទីសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបាន ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្ស ដោយជួយផ្តល់ឱ្យអ្នកសិក្សានូវចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស សមត្ថភាព និងឥរិយាបទការងារ ដើម្បីក្លាយខ្លួនជាកម្លាំងពលកម្មជំនាញ អ្នកបច្ចេកទេស និង ចូលរួមកាត់បន្ថយគម្លាតជំនាញនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារការងារ។

Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, June 15, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended as a guest of honor at the 9th National Day of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) celebration, presided over by Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh.

This year’s National TVET Day was held under the theme “TVET Provides Skills, Jobs, and Income.” TVET plays an important role in human capital development by equipping learners with technical knowledge, practical skills, competencies, and workplace attitudes helping them become skilled workers and technicians, and contributing to narrowing the skills gap in the labor market.

It should be noted that since 2017 the Royal Government has designated June 15 each year as the National Day of Technical and Vocational Education and Training. The objective is to enhance the quality, value, and reputation of TVET through broad public outreach—informing and encouraging students, trainees, youth, parents and guardians, workers and employees, employers, the private sector, and the general public to better understand the importance of TVET and to actively participate in developing a high‑quality skilled workforce to meet labor‑market needs both domestically and abroad.
