ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាង ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ

[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងនាមជាសេនាធិការឱ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងក្រោមអភិក្រម “ជវភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធតួអង្គតែមួយ” បានរៀបចំពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពី ”កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការភាពជាដៃគូលើការជំរុញការងារអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ” ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និង ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។ ពិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងប្រតិភូអមដំណើរនៃក្រសួងទាំងពីរ។

ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានាពេលនេះគឺដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងក្រសួងទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរបន្ថែមទៀត និងសំដៅជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងសហគមន៍នៅជនបទ ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន។ តាមរយៈយន្តការសហថាមពលនេះ ក្រសួងទាំងពីរនឹងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌នៅតាមសហគមន៍ជនបទ និងតំបន់គោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាដែលត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកជា “មាសបៃតង” របស់កម្ពុជា ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានដែលមានស្រាប់ឱ្យអស់លទ្ធភាព និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។ អនុស្សរណៈនេះមានគោលបំណងចម្បងចំនួន ៣ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

ទី១. ពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគូភាគី ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅតំបន់ជនបទ តាមរយៈការតភ្ជាប់ផ្លូវគមនាគមន៍ជនបទប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ ការជំរុញការងារផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យជនបទ ការជំរុញការងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ជនបទ និងភូមិគំរូ ព្រមទាំងការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលគ្រួសារនៅជនបទ។
ទី២. បង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈ និងលើកកម្ពស់លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការរស់នៅរបស់ ប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ជនបទ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ សំដៅធានាឱ្យបាននូវការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងបរិយាបន្ន។
ទី៣. ផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធ បច្ចេកទេស និងព័ត៌មានពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ និងទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍតាមបែបសហថាមពល និងប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានដែលមានស្រាប់ឱ្យអស់លទ្ធភាព៕

Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, June 1, 2026, the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Tourism, as the executive bodies to the Royal Government of the Seventh Legislature of the National Assembly and under the framework of the “Dynamics Stakeholders System,” held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on “Partnership Cooperation to Advance Work in the Tourism and Rural Development Sectors.” The event was presided over by H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, and H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, at the Ministry of Rural Development. The meaningful ceremony was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, secretaries of state, senior leaders, and accompanying delegates from both ministries.
The MoU aims to strengthen and expand cooperation between the two ministries to further promote the development of community tourism and rural communities in ways that are more prosperous, sustainable, and inclusive. Through this joint mechanism, the ministries will foster economic, social, and cultural development across rural communities and tourism destinations throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia, referred to as the country’s “green gold,” by making the most effective use of existing resources.
The MoU sets out three main objectives:
1. Strengthen and expand cooperation to promote tourism development in rural areas through resilient rural connectivity, improved rural water supply and sanitation, the advancement of rural community development and model villages, and economic diversification to increase household incomes in rural communities.
2. Improve the effectiveness of public service delivery and enhance living conditions for rural populations and tourists alike, ensuring sustainable and environmentally sound development.
3. Exchange and share experiences, techniques, and information related to rural development and tourism to drive synergistic cooperation and maximize the use of existing resources.
