- Seen the Royal Decree dated 24 September 1993 on the
Appointment of the First and Second PrimeMinisters;
- Seen the Royal Decree dated 01 November 1993 on the
Appointment of the Royal Government;
- Seen the Law on the Organization and Functioning of
the Council of Ministers promulgated by the Royal
Kram No. 02 NS-94 dated 20 July 1994;
- Seen the Royal Decree No. NS/RKT-1094-83 dated 24
October 1994 on the Reorganization of the Composition
of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
- Seen the Royal Decree No. NS/RKT-1094-90 dated 31
October 1994 on the Reorganization of the Composition
of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
- Pursuant to the proposal of both Prime Ministers;

HEREBY
PROMULGATE
The Law on the establishment of the Ministry of Rural
Development which was passed by the National Assembly
during the 5th session of its first legislature the
whole meaning of which shall be as follows:

ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF
RURAL DEVELOPMENT

:The
Ministry of Rural Development shall be established
under the Royal Government of Cambodia.
:The Ministry of Rural Development shall administer
and regulate the Rural Development Sector of
the Kingdom of Cambodia.
:The Ministry of Rural shall be headed by a
Minister and a Secretary of State and assisted
as needed by Under Secretaries of State.
:The organization and functioning of the Ministry
of Rural Development shall be governed by Sub-Decree.
:Any provisions that contradict this Law shall
be considered as null and void.
:This Law shall be promulgated as urgent.
